A 7-day, 6-night typical mountain trail across the regional natural Park of the Haut-Jura : a wild country of brightly-lit coombs and breathtaking bluffs. Varied vegetation ranging from northern peat bogs to spruces forests among the most beautiful in Europe.
Day 1 : LE FRASNOIS -LA RIXOUSE 27 kms
via the Bonlieu lake, the Trémontagne forest.Day 2 : LA RIXOUSE -SEPTMONCEL 29 kms
via the Bienne valley, The mount "pourri".Day 3 : SEPTMONCEL-BELLECOMBE 32kms
by the brightly-lit "Hautes-combes" coombs.Day 4 : BELLECOMBE-MIJOUX 28 kms
via the Valserine valley then up to the natural reserve of the Jura Mounts which looks down upon Leman Lakes (Geneva).Day 5 : MIJOUX -PREMANON 29 kms
via the Massacre forest, a very beautiful forest preserved for the capercaillie.
